| Iftar day was a very pleasant and generous event. Both the teachers and students enjoyed visiting the orphanage and giving alms to the needy people around the neighborhood. Getting the students involved with charitable events makes them more sympathetic and understanding of those around them. These humanitarian activities are the foundations of any successful country. And since Green Valley School always urges its students to make a positive difference, it is no surprise the effort our students made on this day! |

| The main objective behind this is an attempt to expose the students to multiple and variable assessment styles and methods, in order to offer them an authentic evaluation of their performance and standard in general. By so doing, they can explore options of studying at German universities, or even consider better professional chances in their homeland by communicating in a well respected and acknowledged foreign language like the German language. | GUC Visit on Tuesday, December 16th, 2008 As part of the constant interpersonal activities conducted with the IGCSE students, they were invited to visit the GUC campus to acquaint them with the admission procedures, available faculties and advise them for future selection of subjects. Students spent a quality time on campus where they had the chace to reflect on their future majors and targeted faculties. It was a useful and interesting visit. |
